ImmoTell® checks my tip and I can track the processing status at any time.

Processing the tip
If my tip is confirmed, ImmoTell® forwards it into the further processing workflow.
Step 4
Track sales process
I can see at any time how my tip develops in the subsequent process.
Step 5
Payout
If my property tip results in a successfully completed sale and ImmoTell® has received the agreed fees in full, the payout of my reward to my account takes place. I can track the current status of my tip in the app at any time.
Submit your own property
Owners can also submit their own property as a tip. How the Reward works is explained in the property-tip guide. The sale from the owner’s view is explained in the owner guide.
Reward Structure
For a successful property tip, I can receive a reward of up to 1% of the actual notarially certified sale price.
The payout takes place immediately once all requirements are met, such as: - Introduction fees have been received by ImmoTell® - My bank details are available to ImmoTell®
