Bonus reward only for direct leads
The bonus reward from my circle operates on a simple principle:
I only receive a bonus reward for successful tips from people in my direct circle.
Further tiers do not arise. Tips originating from people outside my direct circle are not taken into account.
If I recommend Person A and Person A -> recommends Person B, then I only receive a bonus reward from Person A, and not from Person B.
How the bonus reward works
If I draw someone in my circle's attention to ImmoTell® and they give a successful property tip, I can receive a bonus reward for it.

If someone signs up via my link, that person receives a higher reward of 1.0 % instead of 0.7 % of the sale price for their first successful property tip. Example: Property value: £350,000 Reward at 0.7 %: £2,450 Reward at 1.0 %: £3,500. Their additional benefit: £1,050. This way I give others a better start and can simultaneously receive a bonus reward myself if successful sales arise from their tips.
