If you register directly with ImmoTell®, a successful own tip receives the regular 0.7 % Reward. If you register through a personal invitation link, your first successful tip can receive an extra 0.3 percentage points. That first successful tip is then 1.0 % of the sale price in total.

0.7 % or 1.0 % tipster Reward — what does that mean in numbers?
Take a property that sells successfully for €500,000. At the regular 0.7 % tipster Reward, that is €3,500. If the tipster was invited through a personal ImmoTell® link and this is their first successful own tip, the Reward rises to 1.0 %. In this example that is €5,000. The extra 0.3 percentage points make a difference of €1,500.

0.1 % bonus Reward: what can that mean for property?
0.1 % sounds like a small number at first. For property it can still become a relevant amount. The overview below shows, as examples, how high a bonus Reward can be at different sale prices.

If a property sells for €5 million and the successful tip comes from a person you invited directly, 0.1 % is a calculated bonus Reward of €5,000. At a successful sale of €8 million it would be €8,000. For an apartment building or another high-value property with an example sale price of €20 million, 0.1 % is a calculated €20,000.
These amounts are calculation examples. What counts is the actual sale price and whether the applicable conditions are met. A tip or an invitation alone does not guarantee a sale or a Reward.

Only direct invitations count
The ImmoTell® bonus programme is limited to direct invitations. A simple example: you recommend ImmoTell® to person A, and person A registers through your personal invitation link. If a tip from person A leads to a successful sale, you can receive the planned 0.1 % bonus Reward.
If person A then recommends ImmoTell® to person B, person B is person A’s direct invitation. You receive no bonus Reward for successful tips from person B. The possible bonus Reward for person B belongs to person A as the direct inviter.
There are no extra reward levels. Each inviter can benefit only from successful tips of their own direct invitations.
